A small, hard-working consulting firm originally based in Chico, California. Established in 1984, we hit

the ground running with our direct approach to finding success. Large scale solutions,

communication development and project managing, we offer our clients the full package.

As a child Kevin dreamed not of being a fireman or cop, but of being an industrialist.  Discovering that the deck was stacked against him, both in a regulatory capacity and in widespread ignorance of truly stellar technologies, he vowed to himself to break through these barriers so that he could bring the maximum benefit to humanity while leveraging the greatest return for his investors.

He’s a recreational street motorcyclist, sailor, special interest car restorer, and shipwright.
